I was thinking about this earlier actually and I’m not sure because i have very pink-toned skin and blue-ish eyes. like mainly blue, turquoise and dark red/maroon are most natural for me to wear. light colours can make my skin look gross so I usually stick with dark, which also compliments my hair.
