So Sid going gray in big wild streaks should have me like “wow so distinguished silver fox muahaha” but INSTEAD all I can think is that he is REVERSE PENGUIN MOLTING. like a baby penguin with all that gray fuzz, Sid is somehow growing his super late, and is just letting it happen. Still trying hard to be a baby pen and fit in with the young guys.

LMAO, DUDE, I’ve been thinking about almost EXACTLY the same thing for a week + now. Though I think the idea was more Sid molts a bit but it’s because his adult feathers are coming in finally at like … 30… idk whenever he looks the feathery-ist in the facial hair department.  Sid’s got all these little feathers poking through his skin that get all irritated and sweaty on his face and under his chest protector. Geno’s fascinated with them and likes to help Sid pluck them out when he gets too itchy and starts complaining. Geno checking Sid out in the showers and calling him “molty”. Geno can’t leave Sid’s face and neck alone at the bar after a win. When they finally get home Sid lets Geno go get the tweezers and preen to his heart’s content. In my version of this they also give each other really slick handdies with a lot of lotion afterwards while Sid rubs their cheeks together
