Am and Dae are my warframe OCs for a piece of canon-adjacent fiction i’ll probably never write (but have outlined!). I say canon-adjacent because it deals with a specific group of tenno, the void, and the reservoir. the biggest thing it has to a villain is Void Madness when it gets a hold of “the leader” Tenno, Pru (who for the sake of the story, is the one that has the liset with Ordis and is the “main” of the canon Warframe quests).
since I wanted to exclude as many characters as possible, with the exception of Rell, I had to get creative with lore and stretch it a lot to fit what I needed.

Am is the most recently awoken Tenno, but everyone notices straight away there is something Terribly Wrong with him. He is incapable of maintaining transference, and his touch is extremely painful for void-sensitive entities. he has a lot of unsettling abilities that are explored more as the story goes on -- including one of which that makes him essential to the Reservoir. Unlike most Tenno, who have some recollection of their interactions on the Zariman or with Margulis, Am is entirely vacant and borders on being a husk. He has a good heart though and is deeply drawn to the void and its various intricacies.
Dae is Secrets. he fills a role similar to Teshin, although he is totally mute. I wanted him to be designed to accommodate as many questions on his origins as possible, especially because he has a transient role in the story and often intervenes only when Am is in the most dire of straits. Dae has exceptional combat training, and several times in the story he goes against corrupted Warframes without hesitation - with Orokin weapons. Dae is like a ghost - something that used to hold power in the world and now no longer does.
