so the reason i gave uk'otoa antennae is because non-seasong merfolk's voices don't carry well underwater. so i figured they'd communicate partially with something like electromagnetic signals.
following that line of thought i figured: what if their equivalent of "covering their ears" were to hold their 'tennae? so anyway here's uk'otoa suffering again.
