ok mon, seeing as we both love the Weasley family to the extreme lol I want to know some headcanons you have for them!!! 🧠 How about what you think all the Weasley’s favorite dessert would be OR (if you’re feeling up for it) what happy memory each Weasley used to conjure their patronus? I have some thoughts on the latter myself and really wanna know what you headcanon for that 👀

yayayay okay favorite desserts... hmmm. I’m gonna do BOTH HCs because I love them both and I wanna hear others’ thoughts too!

Arthur loves a lava cake or anything where the insides spill out bc he’s fascinated by it.

His patronus memory would be his wedding. He KNOWS me married a queen and he loves the heck out of his wife, so I think this would be his happiest memory.

Molly loves anything that is not too sweet, like breads or muffins. She knows what sugar does to her kids so she prefers to avoid it in excess as much as possible.

Her patronus memory would be the birth of Bill, her firstborn. The very thing that made her a mother. Now she obviously loves all of her kids more than she can even fathom, but something about Bills birth being the start of it all, and thus also being the greatest challenge to learn the art of parenting. Ginny’s birth would also be quite exciting bc of it being her only daughter.

Bill could eat a whole sheet pan of fudge if he tried. It’s tiny and elegant but damn good and he devours the stuff.

I think his patronus memory would be one of his childhood milestones. He was the first to do or reach those points in life and he felt a special pride in leading the way.

Charlie has a super secret sweet tooth. I bet he carries little candies in his pockets along with like treats for all the magical creatures he encounters. If there are dragon treats, he will have them too. As far as like legit dessert goes, I think he would go for a solid ice cream cake.

His patronus memory would be the singular moment he knew what he wanted to do with his life. Because it’s his passion. People like that often remember that one moment for the rest of their lives and I think Charlie would absolutely thrive with that memory.

Percy’s dessert of choice is blueberry or raspberry or pecan pies. Pecan pie is boring imo but Percy isn’t an adventurous fellow so he would stick to the more basic stuff. Blueberry or raspberry pie is his guilty pleasure. Molly makes one whole pie just for him on his birthday each year and hides it so his brothers don’t find it.

His patronus memory could be one of two things. Becoming head boy (we know how proud he is of that) OR the moment his family forgave him for his deception and abandonment. Because that’s when he learned the true meaning and value of family.

Fred loves brownies. Is this because he loves to get turnt on the good stuff? Maybe. But also the sickeningly sweet chocolaty goodness is too good to pass up. And when crushed and balled up in his hands, he can use it for pranks 😂 he also loves popcorn. perfect for throwing and for snacking.

His patronus memory would be opening the joke shop. Or better yet, moving into and getting the shop ready for opening. Because they worked so hard to get there and defied so many odds after quitting school, that the shop became their greatest pride. Before the shop, however, Fred thrived on laughter. The biggest laughing response he received from anyone would be his brightest memory.

George loves ice cream. All of it. So many flavors. He will try them all and it probably disgusts EVERYONE around him when he mixes them but he doesn’t care. He’s an inventor so he plays it off as making up new flavors.

His patronus memory... okay imma get sad for a second. For a few years after the war (aka after he loses fred) he CANNOT produce a patronus. That is, until Freddie Jr comes along and the birth of his son is his new greatest joy. He can live happily knowing the legend of his twin lives on in the next generation.

BUT if I pretend that there is no dead fred/before the war, then I’d say George’s patronus likely came from something that he did ON HIS OWN. something that was his and only his. an achievement or something that Fred wasn’t involved in. OR it was a particularly fond moment within their brotherhood that he cherished.

Ron loves all dessert are you kidding? He prefers handheld foods that are easy to just pop in one by one. Mini muffins, mini cupcakes, tarts, or something along those lines. We’ve seen him eat like a barbarian so utensils are not a necessity for him 😂

His patronus memory is... wow this ones harder. Because his position within the family wasn’t particularly unique, and the canon story has him mostly as the sidekick. So his greatest memory would be one where he gets to be the main character. Like he’s probably proud of his performance during the first year where he leads the charge in wizards chess. Or when he saves harry from the lake in dh and then destroys the horcrux. But I’m sad that there are no super prominent “main character moments” for him... I’m struggling to figure this one out any more.

Ginny dips anything in icing and eats it up. Breadsticks, cookies, cinnamon sticks/buns. It’s a dessert AND a snack option.

Her patronus memory is her first professional quidditch game/victory. She proved to herself and the world that she was a strong independent woman who didn’t need a man but still liked to have one around 😂 either that OR some super cute sibling moment where the brothers looked after and loved their baby sis. idk it’s a cute mental image.
