So I came home after being away for a few days, and I found a couple of pigeons had started a nest behind a window

I wasn't too sure they would stay now that someone lived in there, so i tried not to get too emotionally attached i named them both within two minutes.

Here i present you:

Mona the brown pigeon

and Elise the gray pigeon

Unfortunately i was away for a few days, so I don't have any updates between the 2nd and the 10th of june -- but be ready for *a lot* of pictures and videos after that 🪺🐦‍⬛

Mona and Elise don't really care for the fat ball, but they do like seeds and cheese! I'm also trying to always have fresh water available since it's already so hot.

So I learned that pigeons usually lay one egg, then another one two days later. And they only start to brood once the second egg is laid, to ensure both hatch at the same time - which should be 17-19 days later.

So, for now we wait...
