that inexplicable burst of confidence you feel when wearing a new set of pretty lingerie, even if no one is seeing it. sipping green tea on a chilly day, wrapped in a cream circle scarf over a fitted black ensemble. small notebooks filled with mazes of bright ideas and scribbles and dates you really should be filing away for future reference, but are just strewn across overpopulated pages in drips of coloured inks and scratches of pencil lead scrawls. subzero indifference coupled with volcanic defiance, an impossibly volatile mixture contained in a muted pink blown glass orb.
