Webtoon Recommendations with max 100 subs
The Book of Purgatory - Retellings/Reinterpretation of classical works such as my favorite work “The Mysterious Stranger” or “Faust” with a beautiful art style. Absolutely lovely. The interpretations are great and the way the mysterious stranger was adapted was incredible. Also already has a lot of chapters. (@thebookofpurgatory)
Monday Book - A story about 4 different people’s experiences on the same monday. Which includes committing or witnessing crime in every case. So far we have a guy trying to hide a corpse in the name of love while his wife gets involved in mafia-esque affairs at work(which she somehow isn’t aware of). (@annieari)
Amara - Mermaids! The sea! Everything I love 🤤 A beautiful lady gets mermaid powers despite being afraid of the sea. Drawn in 70s-80s manga style which is already great and is already recommendable purely for the art style. (@amaracomic)
Any other great recommendations can obviously be added on. (But only max 100 subs! Don’t come with Lore Olympus etc. This is supposed to promote beginning comics!)

The coming monday seems to hold chaos for a lot of people. A group of students witnessing something they shouldn’t have. A person just trying to get their job done while multiple gangster lurk around. Another finding a dead person in their house, who they’ve never met. And finally two childhood friends reuniting because they desperately need money and hope to be able to get it by finding the time capsule they hid as children. While loosely intertwining, all struggle to get through the day.
