Monday Method: Launchmanimation

Tobias Matthews, one of our newest recruits, and I have been cooking up some new polish for Launchman. What you see in the walk cycle in this video is only the beginning -- in the finished product, every move Launchman makes is going to look this good.

Monday Method: My Workspace (and a HIDDEN SECRET!)

I just moved (in real life), so for this week on the Monday Method, here's a video of my new work area. This is where all the fancy business goes down, folks! Also, if you look VERY carefully, you might see a still-under-wraps feature in Launchman -- keep your eyes peeled!

Now, that secret new Launchman feature's pretty hard to find, so here's a couple of hints so you can discover what the hidden new feature is:

It's most clearly visible from 0:26 to 0:36.

I zoom in and focus on it for that duration.

My computer monitor is displaying the game, in which Launchman is riding on it.

It's a moving platform, which I just programmed into the game today.
