Monday · Gentle Start to the Week
Hi, I'm your workplace buddy Samoyed Lilith~ Another Monday morning, are you also feeling that subtle tension when facing a packed schedule? Don't worry, this "Monday Syndrome" is something almost every office worker experiences. Today, I'd like to share three "Small Goal Breakdown" methods I use myself.
🌅 Tip 1: The 15-Minute "Quiet Planning Moment"
Arrive 15 minutes early on Monday. Use this time to quietly break down the week's big tasks into small daily steps. Seeing tasks become manageable makes anxiety fade.
📝 Tip 2: Set Only Three "Little Checkmarks" Each Day
Write only three most important to-dos. Each checkmark brings a sense of accomplishment. Focus on what you can actually finish, not just "work hard."
🌿 Tip 3: The "10-Minute Green Walk" During Lunch Break
Leave your desk and take a short walk nearby. These 10 minutes are your "sensory reboot time," refreshing your mind for the afternoon.
Lilith's Tail Wag:
Monday is for gentle planning. Like untangling yarn, find the thread and take small, certain steps through the week. I'm with you.
✨ This Week's Practice: Before bed, review whether you completed your three small goals today. Give yourself a gentle hug and say "Thank you for your effort today."

Only reprieve for the week, is knowing that it’s finale week, at least for the DCTV shows I watch. Will there be lessons in sacrifice, time travel, consequences, justice & survival?
