What is Margin Trade Funding (MTF)?

Margin Trading is buying stocks by partly putting in one's own money and the rest being funded by the broker

Carry delivery positions, by paying only a small percentage of the security's value known as margin amount. Tradeplus will fund the balance amount. Interest will be charged on the funded amount.

Margin can be paid in the form of cash or approved stock.

How is MTF beneficial?

You can hold on to your equity delivery positions for long periods of time and avoid auto square off on T+5 days.

I am on the verge of curling up into a ball and crying for the rest of my fucking life because I can't deal with things anymore. The IRS thinks I owe them $1600 on an education account and I don't even know what to do to go about figuring out how to fucking explain what happened. I came home and literally the first thing that I found was more fucking bills that I can't pay because I don't have a job because nobody in Fitchburg is hiring. I have no gas in my car. Literally, within the next ten minutes or so of driving my car will be on empty. Excise tax came in the mail. So in addition to the $1600 bullshit, I have a $60 excise tax, $60 worth of gas that needs to go into my car, and $220 for insurance payment due a week from yesterday. Fan. Fucking. Tastic.

I really fucking hate that everything, absolutely fucking everything in my life comes back to goddamn money and I can't do anything about it. I've spent the last three nights in bed thinking of just how much easier it would be to put a bullet through my goddamn brain than to deal with all this fucking shit. I'm so fucking done. With everything. I don't know how much longer I can do this.
