Today in monochrome makeup looks, I present: blue. As in all the monochrome looks I’m doing, every product used (except my foundation, concealer, powder, and mascara) is blue. It’s amazing how many blue cosmetics I have, so this wasn’t as tough as I thought it would be. Am I the only person who when complimented, specifically about my appearance, has to internally epically struggle to successfully ~not~ make a goofy face to thereby immediately disprove the compliment? Today in monochrome makeup looks, I present: purple. As in all the monochrome looks I’m doing, every product used (except my foundation, concealer, powder, and mascara) is purple. I kind of lost my nerve and didn’t contour, because I was a little concerned that a purple contour would be too much. I know it’s been an epoch since you’ve seen my face but I still exist, I promise! And like a month+ ago I saw a fascinating video on YouTube (in the comment below, go watch it!) about the color brown and that inspired me to do an all-brown monochrome makeup look. I decided to make this the start of a series of monochrome makeup looks. By saying that out loud, I have to keep going; to be honest, I started the series then stalled out, so I need to get it moving again and putting on the internet will be the motivation I need. More honestly-not-shocking-news, the majority of the time my motivation tank is completely dry... so it’s time to trick my brain and hack a solution. My new normal!
