I was working on another pic and I suddenly remembered this character's name. It's Raiya Hisumi from Monokuro Kitan. I looooved that manga when I was in high school (or middle school) and Raiya was my favorite character. So much so that I would try wearing clothes like his at school. Like Raiya was my identity... Thus I had to draw him again.
