Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend and had lots of R&R 💤 I am here with some solutions if you are having a case of “The Mondays” ❤️ How to wake up early and feel good! 💕💆🏻♀️ We all know that sometimes it’s not just about getting the right amount of sleep. We also all want to wake up and be ready to slay the day 🙌🏻💪🏻 Here are some tips that can help improve the quality of your sleep and that will leave you feeling more refreshed every morning ❤️❤️ 🔻Put away the screens 30 mins before bed 📱🖥 🔻Never snooze ⏰ Ok, I admit this one is very hard BUT it has been proven that closing your eyes after you press snooze does not give you any extra restful REM sleep. You are just wasting your time lying in bed! 🔻Get your first steps in right away🚶♀️ Something that can be even tougher than not snoozing could be getting out of the warm cozy bed the second you wake up. Put your phone/alarm on the table across the room if it helps. Anything to get you out of the bed! 🔻Let the light in 💡☀️ If you close your blinds/curtains for the night, make sure to open them when you get out of bed. An alternative is to turn a dim light on in the room if it’s still dark out. This will send a signal to your internal body clock that it’s time to be active! 🔻Make sure to get enough sleep and try to go to bed at the same time every night Getting 7+ hours of sleep and keeping a consistent sleeping schedule are the BEST way to make waking up easier. Our bodies get used to a certain routine and constantly switching it doesn’t allow your body to get the best quality of sleep 😴💕 Are you struggling with getting up in the mornings?
