8 days of growth for the monstera cuttings! :O

This was the loveliest thing to see when i went to check on my plants this morning! Both monstera cuttings have new leaves that have grown since the cuttings were taken, two of my orchids are blooming at the moment with two flower stalks on a third plant, and for the first time ever one of my bear paw succulents has flowers?!
I'm concerned for the super droopy peace lily, as it was temporarily gifted to me to see if i could nurse it back to health after drastic overwatering and not enough light/warmth - i’ve never grown one before so here’s hoping that with a lot of enthusiasm (to make up for my lack of knowledge) it’ll bounce back from this!
i planted my monstera cuttings today! they’d been growing roots in water for a month or so, fingers crossed that they carry on thriving now they’re in soil!✨
i tidied the room where my warmth/sun-loving plants sit today + added the monstera cuttings to the mix! ✨ my poor bare jade plant has had a serious pruning staggered over the last month or so and seems to be doing okay with lots of new growth, so here’s to hoping that it turns into a cool bonsai!
a friend invited me over to bake with her yesterday + she also gifted me 2 cuttings from her monstera?! :O it was so lovely to spend time with her, and i’m also so so excited to have the chance at growing these plants ✨
Day 1 of water propagation for the monstera cuttings! ✨
The cutting in the top photo has 2 air roots that were starting to grow from the mother plant, and the one in the bottom has 1 that i can see - hopefully that gives them a strong start so they’ll flourish!
i’ve never owned (or propagated) monsteras before, but i’m planning on switching out the water every other day, keeping them in a bright room, and adjusting that depending on how they’re looking.
I let the cuttings dry overnight and put them in water after just over 12 hours, i’m hoping that was the right choice but it’s an experiment, so!
