I love the Alice games from American McGee and it hurts that we'll never see the third game. But I've wanted to mix some ideas from the game into Valentine for a long time. Although what ended up inspiring me to draw this was @rdrawns ' AU/HC Mixing all of this together, this is what came out p.d: that cat is a Cat-sìth. I put the cat there because I felt it would be a comfort to Valentine amid all that darkness (That mark is an inverted heart)

I was recently talking to a lot of people about how Mattel doesn't know how to do good things, and one of them is releasing a Carmilla doll, since she's a vampire (who existed before Dracula) and they would have more freedom with her since she doesn't have an official design. So I started researching book covers and wanted to recreate one of them with Valentine. The one I use is from the publisher Pandorga, a Brazilian publisher, as far as I understand. Well... Hopefully, Mattel finds out about Carmilla. Did you notice how much she and Val look alike?
I've been thinking that 2 mascots for Valentine is not enough. 4 is better. I think you can recognize the cat. right? The second image is a reference to a one piece panel (I feel that Valentine's thief side is not explored much).
I still love the idea of Val adopting Velvet haha, but Val wouldn't spoil her so much or give her a luxury life He would be very playful with her and give her lots of affection.
