I’ve been playing quite a bit of Monster Sanctuary. The manticorb has to be my favorite monster ever XD

First look at Monster Sanctuary

A new trailer has been released for Monster Sanctuary, which is set to release August 28, 2019.

Launching August 28th on Steam Early Access, Monster Sanctuary takes you to a metroidvania world where you’ll discover, hatch, train and battle a wide variety of monsters.

Take advantage of branching upgrade trees to grow your monsters around your own playstyle, use their unique skills to unlock new areas of the map and work together to become the ultimate Monster Keeper!

It's the final push up the tower. Dodging monsters, beating Alchemists and, finally, to … uh... what was his name? RIGHT, Marduk! Taking out Marduk. And his rather invasive master while we're at it.

They all just WON'T. STOP. TALKING. We're at the base of the Tower Marduk is said to be in and they all just keep recapping the same things we already know! This is worse than super villain mono-loging!

Before we can find ourselves the Key of Power, and by extension, the Alchemists, we have to fight off not only a rather creepy monster but try to figure out this switch based puzzle. I think it's too early in the morning for me to do this.

The Underworld is not a very fun place! It's full of spiders, annoying and tanky monsters and the worst out of all of it? Leonard is here too. If there was a mod to skip the story beats of this game, I'd install it in a heartbeat.
