New project: Montara Mountain. A “video photograph” occupies the space between a regular still photo and a regular video. The idea has been around since the beginning of movies. Andy Warhol did a famous one with his “Empire.” I worked on this project for many months starting in 2016. Over one hundred “video photographs” displayed randomly, most running about five minutes.
