Octavia Blake & Zoe Monroe, The 100

If Monty and jasper are actually going to die I need to SEE them to say goodbye to Octavia bc they are so independent yet connect on an almost metabolic level i need to see them say goodbye to Clarke, I need Clarke to understand how her actions had such a lasting effect on jasper, and Monty needs to bring her back done to earth again (bc I think Bellamy isn’t strong enough sometimes to stand up to Clarke but sweet real authentic monty can and always has been able to) I need monty and Bellamy to get an on screen moment like Harper and jasper both got with him bc they how close in season three they were and how there for Monty Bellamy was even when on his spiral I need miller to say goodbye bc of their time in weather together, where all they had was each other, and raven bc Monty and raven are genius bros, bc jasper and raven understood each other in a way i don’t think the other characters were able to get what jasper was going through I know that this is a lot to ask for, but PLEASE please Please Please don’t let them die without this I can handle this being the end of their story even though it would make me so sad…but not with out closure please

advent calender day ten - for elaric - monty/octavia + ice skating

“Come on, Monty,” she’s laughing, two gloved hands sliding over his arms, her smile radiantly warm even in the ice cold chill of the lake, and winter is seeping into his bones but he smiles back anyway. “It’s not that hard! Just hold onto me.”

“This is a bad idea, Octavia,” he warns her even as he unsteadily begins to move, his feet slipping and sliding in the skates, clinging to her for dear life. “I’m not built for ice,” and Octavia giggles even more, which he’s beginning to find as annoying as it is endearing. “Is this really necessary?”

Octavia curls her hands up in his, pulling her along with him as she skates backwards without even stumbling. “Everyone else is having fun in the snow!” she points out, inclining her head to their fellow skaters and the snowball fight going on around the lake. “I refuse to let you stay cooped up on a snow day. It’s not like you have anything to do.”

“Hey!” he says, only partly affronted by the implication. “I have plenty of things to do that don’t involve almost dying in a lake,” he tells her earnestly, making her throw back her head to laugh at him. He might be annoyed if she didn’t look so vibrant and full of life. Only Octavia could manage to look like summer in the dead cold of winter.

“You’re not gonna die,” she promises him, her voice fondly exasperated, and lifts up their joined hands as proof. “I’ll catch you if you fall,” she says, and before he has time to mull over this, she’s spinning and spinning and spinning and – fuck, he kind of feels like this is his last day on Earth at the rate she’s going and yet he almost doesn’t want to stop.

“Octavia,” Monty gasps, a little out of breath when she finally begins to slow, “I think – I think I need a break.”

She pulls herself to a smooth stop, gripping his hands tight to stop him from tripping over, as he almost does, and tugging him closer to her for stability. He finds himself wide-eyed as he looks into her face, her smile bright and her cheeks flushed from cold, close enough to kiss. Except –

“Jasper’s watching us,” he murmurs, unable to draw himself away from her, even though he knows he should. “So is your brother.”

Octavia’s smile presses against the edge of her cheeks. “Great,” she teases. “My brother and your brother. What are you going to do about it?”

He rolls his eyes, his breath escaping in a huff of laughter that comes out as smoke. Fucking winter, he thinks. “Jasper’s my best friend,” he says, as if he’s clarifying for her, “and he likes you.”

Octavia’s gaze darts over to Jasper, at the side of a very poorly-constructed snow fort and putting in no effort at all towards the snowball fight going on around him as he stares at them. Bellamy, to his credit, has looked away by now, more than likely distracted by Raven nailing him in the chest with four snowballs.

“He doesn’t like me,” Octavia tells him, bringing his attention back around to her, and her hands in his, and her smile focused on him, “he likes the idea of me. There’s a difference.”

“What’s the idea of you?” Monty asks, raising an eyebrow and trying to will himself not to do anything stupid, like run away and fall on his butt or kiss her or something.

Octavia grins. “The idea of me,” and is it just him or is her face getting closer, “doesn’t ask his best friend to come ice-skating with her instead of him. The idea of me would have said yes when he asked me out last month. The idea of me – ”

“Okay,” Monty interrupts, not sure if his heart rate can handle hearing anymore, “then what’s the real you?”

Octavia rolls her eyes. “What do you think, stupid?” she demands, her breath fluttery in the air between them and then she slides one hand around his neck, almost knocking him off-balance, and then she’s kissing him, really, truly, deeply, and he feels like he’s in a romance novel, except a million times better. It feels like summer, kissing her, and he manages to get his arms wrapped around her waist without falling and knocking them both to the ground. She tastes so sweet he almost forgets he’s standing on a frozen lake. He almost forgets it’s winter. Truth be told, he doesn’t mind anymore, anyway.

I'm making my younger sister watch the 100 and I asked her who her favorite character is and she said Montavia and I wasn't sure if she meant Octavia or Monty

Can I just ship Octavia with everybody? The guy with no name yet & has only said two words, Monty, Jasper.
