The Cathedral is the Basilica of Superga glowing in the darkness against the outline of Monteviso, with the rising crescent moon behind it.
Utterly, gobsmackingly stunning!

The Monviso is the highest mountain in the Cottian Alps. He is at least 500 meters higher than any of the surrounding mountains and is visible from afar. On its northern flank the Po originates, Italy's longest river. That also contributed to the mountain and its surroundings being awarded in 2013 by the UNESCO as a biosphere reserve. With a pair of binoculars it is sometimes possible to spot the Cathedral of Milan from the summit, and to marvel at the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc in the north.
