Beginning work today on the month long of character requests that is Drawtober. By designing a logo and working on the first few requests. This years theme for me is unmasking, each day I will draw a requested character that will unmask into the next character the following day. Japanese In A Month

Hey! So this month, I plan on learning Japanese enough to be conversationally fluent by February 1st.

I’m not a complete beginner, I know some Japanese, I’d say maybe a A1 level except my speaking skills are very very bad.

I’ve been studying for a few years now on and off, and finally I just wanna hardcore study and see how much I can accomplish within a month.

The main reason is because I start school again in February and I don’t think I’ll have as much free-time to study Japanese as I will this month. Which still isn’t that much, but I have more than during school with all the homework and studying plus work, chores, and life.

I plan on updating daily my progress, what I learned, what I did to study, and etc. As well as my notes, possibly videos/recordings of me practicing speaking Japanese as well.

This blog is to help keep me motivated by seeing my progress and also to help keep me studying everyday because I have to post my progress each day and post what I did to study and etc.

In my next post I’ll put down my study plan for this month, my goals, and what I’ll be using to study Japanese.

I meant to start Jan 1st but due to being a bit busy I will not be starting until Jan 3rd officially so I geuss my month will be 30 days so my last day studying before I hope to reach my goal of conversationally fluent in Japanese will be Feb 1. Course I hope to study more after but I’d like to be as close to conversationally fluent as possible by Feb 1st.
