July Moodboard

For all my new followers I have this monthly self imposed challenge where I try and make a moodboard tor each month/the vibes I associate with it/the things that kept me sane through the month.

The July one took longer then usual. Obviously it has a lot of pepper anm stuff cause. Well you're following me so you know what I've been up to. July in my head is like the peak of summer before beginning the downward slope in August. I haven't gone to the beach at all this summer which I'm happy about because I hate the beach and have exclusively been forced to go there by those around me.

On the more negative side I've been feeling more isolated and stressed. Especially with world politics/ the increase in censorship all across the world has had me like

Uh. It's on the up and up at least. This is the rocky waters I was talking about. The peak of my sadness has always been around summertime so hopefully I can kinda get out of this dump I'm in.

Halloween collage!

will admit this is not my best work but its fine. I'm still getting used to editing pictures on my laptop. I kinda felt like a rotting corpse at the start of october after I got my tooth pulled. after that it slowly transitioned into a melancholic nostalgic Halloween. Idk why I gave this a devil motif he just kept showing up. as the devil tends to do.

September collage! (meant to post this a while ago, but apparently I didn't. the caption below was written in advance)

I watched a lotta movies this month, which is what I like so that's good. I've also hit the peak of my reinvestment in playing dnd. life is good despite everything. and I actually got to go to the fair this year! every year I always miss out for one reason or another but this year I actually did it! I have a fear of heights so I didn't really do that much but honestly I just appreciate the atmosphere. with october approaching I am swiftly reaching one year since I first made this blog. which I mostly made in regards to a lot of dissatisfaction I was feeling with my life/where it was heading. those feelings aren't gone but I think I'm at least like pointed in the direction of the kinda person I wanna be.

May Moodboard

Summers over. Or at least in my mind it is. I'm excited for fall and for after I get my tooth stuff fixed.

I started May at a very dark place mentally where I really felt disconnected from those around me. Which I still limda feel. But I started feeling better by the end of it.

Don't think I forgot the mo they moodboard. I did kinda but don't think about it.

I didn't end up getting my teeth fixed yet but I left some of the tooth imagery in just for fun. Idk I hope some of these aesthetics at least kinda translate.

May Moodboard

(Thoughts below)

May has actually been the least horrible month for me in a while. Even though I'm still broke I'm glad I'm at least near the end of this nightmare of being jobless. The water ahead is rough but I can see land. The only way out is through or something.

I had a bit of a tough time figuring out what the visual motifs of may would be besides "summer". I kinda landed on this nautical feel with bits of arthropod visuals to tie it together. Of course I had to put in a bunch of spongebob stuff too. Wvery moodboard I make ends up having one spongebob related image included.
