So guess whose wheelchair lift broke again even though I got it “fixed” literally YESTERDAY, after driving 45 minutes each way to the repair place like three times last week and didn’t finish all my school assignments because I was so busy getting this shit taken care of. But at least I had my wheelchair again for literally less than 24 hours before it broke again. At the cat shelter. So I had to have people there stay late and help me take it apart just to get the lift inside the van so I could drive, and I had to leave my wheelchair there because there was no way to get it home. So fucking done with this. They failed to fix it yesterday and I just literally am not healthy enough to drive out there and get it fixed, how do I get them to fix it here because I need my wheelchair like NOW or I can’t do important things like, I don’t know, buy food?

#does anyone have $30000 sitting around because i really need the full wheelchair conversion #i just can't do this lift it's broken like #monthly?#since i've been here #but i can't afford a $30000 conversion and I'm never going to win the grants- nothing's heard of ehlers danlos and they rarely give the comp #competitive* grants to patients who are partially ambulatory #fuck this fuck everything #i knew it was a mistake trying to be less disabled and leave my house like ever #i think i need to bring in like cookies or cupcakes or something to thank the shelter people
