🤍 21 hour fast every day (10 pm-1 pm)
🤍 can eat something small (yogurt, cottage cheese, protein bar, protein drink, etc.) at 1 only if I've worked out and feel faint, otherwise i have to wait for dinner
🤍 walk to work every weekday
🤍 work out over lunch 4 days/week (10 min. stairs, 10 min. weights)
🤍 45 min. of cardio 4 days/week
🤍 for dinner, serve myself half as much as i usually would to begin with and try to just eat that
🤍 can have 1 snack OR dessert each day
🤍 drink less, and only zero cal mixers at home (no beer or juice or regular soda) and can only have up to 2 non-rum and diets at the bar

❤ i wanna start making friends here but literally can't fathom the idea of someone meeting me at this weight and this just being their impression of me 😭😭😭
❤ plus i wanna go clubbing w my bestie but she's like a size 2 and id be so insecure in party clothes next to her
