I had emergency surgery Sunday to have a grapefruit sized cyst removed from my abdomen (rip to my right ovary you won’t be missed). I have just started recovering and ouuuuuuch does sitting up hurt :( and I also happened to fuck up my neck and upper back by sleeping wrong so I am in extra unnecessary pain. Any advice welcome but also I felt like updating. Seems like something to share
