Sunday, Sunday, Sunday! The Coliseum opens its gates to a special tournament pitting man against beast against beastmen! It’s a three-on-three anything-goes tournament. Casters, melee, tanks, and moogles fight in a melee, working their way up the brackets to win the Moogle Cup, a platinum trophy worth 3 million gil! Hosted by Coliseum darling Ultros, it’s certain to be a night of blood, magic, and profit! The Moogle Cup is a 3 v 3 tournament ICly held in Ul’dah’s Coliseum. Six teams will compete in a single elimination bracket, where they are randomly pitted against each other and Coliseum beasts. The Mechanics: At the start of each round, the six fighters will roll INT. Once INT order is declared, they may attack any member of the opposite team. Fighters are divided into roles: - Tank, 12 HP, automatically guards another team members attack if their defense or initiation roll is 800+, does -1 damage per attack - Fighter, 9 HP, does -2 damage per attack if attack roll is 800+, otherwise -1 damage per attack - Caster, 7 HP, does -1 AoE damage to other team if attack roll is 800+, otherwise -1 damage per attack We are looking for six teams! You may enter as a team of three or you may enter as a single fighter and be sorted into a team. Spots are limited. The prize for winning the tournament is 3 million gil split between team members.
