omg no yes I absolutely believe Belphie is the most possessive and obsessive out of the two, he loves Beel so much <3. Considering how bold Belphie is with his actions he absolutely makes the first move towards Beel ; Kissing, holding hands, fucking, etc you name it, he initiates it first and can absolutely bend Beel to his will. Don't let his laziness fool you. Belphie's a pain sure, but he's a brat that will take what he wants. IMO in bed he's a switch. If he feels like the one doing the fucking then he will. But if he doesn't feel like it cuz's he's too sleepy or doesn't have enough energy then I see him getting fucked and bent over instead
