Okay so I seem to be out of the loop. What is this Team free will business?

Well, friend…

it is something this fandom loves very much.

“Team Free Will” was first dubbed by Dean in The Song Remains the Same (5x13). He explained it as “one ex-blood junkie, one dropout with six bucks to his name, and Mr. Comatose" meaning Sam, Dean, and Cas. It is now the term used by the fandom when mentioning all three characters together.
