In preparation for the upcoming holidays, what are your favorite fics that take place during one or more of the holidays? I'm especially looking for Halloween, since it's coming up first, then Christmas and New Year's, but I'm open to any. I also have a ton of ships, so you can just check the pinned post on my blog, but I'm honestly open to basically any fandom or ship, since I'm always looking for new fandoms and ships to add to my collection. Also, I prefer ao3, but I'm open to reading them anywhere, if they're good!

Wait, so, how exactly are any of Zoey's ships pronounced?? I realized I've never heard them spoken out loud, and only seen them written, so how exactly do you say zoemira, zoerumi, and zoeystery? Like, is zoemira or zoerumi just Zoey Mira/Zoey Rumi, or does the zoe become more like "zo?" And then any pronunciation of zoeystery I can think of sounds so clunky. Like, Zoey + stery (pronounced Mystery without the "my") sounds weird to me, and so does zo + stery, though that one is a little less clunky. I mean, I know the hangeul for at least zoeystery is 조이스터리, which would be like Zoey + stery, but idk if it's the same in English. I mean, I assume they're all supposed to be pronounced Zoey, but now I'm second guessing myself, lol. Anyway, if anyone knows the pronunciation for those, I would be appreciative, because for some reason my brain cannot figure it out, lol

I would love to make more friends on here, so feel free to dm me if you think we could be friends! I have a bunch of info in my pinned post about myself, but I'll try to make a condensed version, and I'm mainly looking for fandom friends, so this will mostly be focused on my favorite fandoms!

Current top fandoms: httyd, star wars, mcu, kpdh, superman/dcu 2025, wicked, sherlock, moon knight, animal crossing, zelda (currently mainly botw, but I also frequently am in ss spaces), the lunar chronicles, anything by Marissa Meyer, the hunger games, and kpop (primarily stray kids and ateez, but I usually only talk about kpop on my other blog which is currently fairly inactive, @staytinymooon)

Current top ships: stony, zelink, hiccstrid, cassunzel, johnlock, gelphie, polytrix, rujinu, basically any kpdh ships, clex, clois, finnrey, finnpoe, finnpoerey, anidala, and a bunch more

Other things about me: reader, writer, gamer, artist, crafter, introvert, music obsessed, and probably a bunch more because somehow anytime I have to list things about myself I forget everything I've ever known about myself 🙃

So, I'd like to finally start writing and posting my own fics, however, I can't decide which ao3 account to use, lol. My main one, which is the only one I read, bookmark, kudos, comment, etc. on, I've had for like 8 years now (though I used it for a few years before that without an account, lol), so my whole ao3 life is on there. However, a few years ago, I decided that if I ever posted fics, they should be on their own account, separate from my main account. So, which should I post on? My options are as follows:

A: post on og account, keeping everything as is, including my username

B: post on newer account I made specifically just for writing on

C: post on og account, but change username to match the newer account (and make the new account user something different), so I'm able to have the best of both, with the username I picked for writing (same @ as my tumblr, actually), but also keeping all my ao3 history in one place (and I've already changed my og username several times before, so I'm not super attached to my current user)

D: anything else I'm not thinking of

It's my 1 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳

Wow, I've already been on this account for a year! I think my first Tumblr was in like 2014, maybe? I don't remember now, and it's either fully abandoned or deleted by this point. But anyway, happy anniversary to this account!

Been on Tumblr for close to 10 years, as of the initial posting of this, but this is my new account, so time for a new intro!

Name: Moon (you can also call me Moonie if we're friends, but the nicknames Moonlight or Moonbeam are reserved for partners, unless given permission)

Pronouns: they/any (or, any pronouns, with a preference for they/them, aka they > he > everything else)

Age: '00 baby, so I will be (or already am) 26 at some point in 2026

MBTI: INFJ (I’ve also tested as an INFP, but I believe that INFJ is more correct)

Zodiac sign: Leo sun, Aries moon, Scorpio rising

LGBTQ+ identities: aroace (specifically demiaroace, grayaroace, cupioaroace, and multiple other forms of aroace), bi/omni/sometimes use pan, nonbinary/agender/pangender/genderfluid, polyam/ambiam, along with several more micro labels, or I just use queer as an umbrella term to catch everything I just mentioned

Other identities: AuDHD, OCD (all self dx/strongly suspect for the time being), and unknown physical disabilities (still working to get diagnosed, but suspect POTS, EDS, and possibly more). Also, I somehow forgot to add this when I first posted, but just for clarity, I am white as well. I'm also currently not part of any religion, but I am actively researching different religions and beliefs to see where I might end up (or I might just remain agnostic, which is the label I've been using, along with non religious)
