I love Grace's character for this! I kept in touch with a few of my middle and high school teachers for decades after I graduated. PHM made me want to see if I could get in touch with a few of them again. Teachers make such an impact on us. 🍎

i truly believe the fact he was written as a teacher is why i fell in love with the book so quickly 😆 it’s also great getting to catch up and keep in contact with former students—there’s a lot of students that i’ve taught by now who have finished up school, but they all know they’ll always be “my kids” 🤗

Hello hello! Hope you don't mind the random inboxxing from me, but I just wanted to say (again, haha) that I was so very thrilled that you planned to continue "Tomorrow Is a Long Time"!

I had the story bookmarked since 2015, and I think even before that when it was on Teaspoon. Partially in hopes that one day you'd find inspiration/motivation to finish it. But mostly because it was absolutely gorgeous. It was one of the first Eleven-meets-Rose stories I remember finding back then, and one thing (aside from the pool scene, and the Tentoo scene) I thought was how incredibly easy it was just to picture Matt and Billie actually doing that scene.

Anyway, sorry this turned out much wordier than I expected. Just wanted to say, I do look forward to further chapters (hopefully)!

Aww, thank you! It's been so lovely to hear that some folks still remember that fic fondly, even after all these years. It's really strange and exciting to be all-consumingly fannish about Doctor Who again after so long, and I'm having a great time.
