(Under the Favor tree, a familiar pair of piercing eyes look your way as you approach.)
Loop: âHello stardust!~âÂ
Loop: âNeed help in this wonderful new loop?... You look like you need it.âÂ
(Loop looks you up and down as you sit down. It was easy to tell, especially to the one who already knew. You were panicked, confused, and tired.)
âStop messing around. You know why Iâm here.â
(You glare at them and their usual antics. You did not have the strength nor the patience right now for this. Yet they had to push you a little further.)
Loop: âWell do I?~â
(They were TOTALLY feigning innocence! It was, for lack of a better word, SUPER ANNOYING!!!)Â Â
âLOOP! STOP MESSING WITH ME! You know why I need help⊠I donât even know why they are hereâŠâ
(Loop sighs.)
Loop: âFine! I donât know why they are here Stardust! Did anything different happen this time that doesnât usually happen?â
âNo! NoâŠ? WellâŠâ
Loop: âThey touched you. Thatâs the difference. YOU brought them back with you.â
(They take a deep breath⊠Itâs like they were nervous to say what they were going to say next.)
Loop: âAdmit it. They know now. What are you going to do about it? Loop back? It could happen again, you know.â
âBut!- I canât tell them everything! They would hate me! Canât I just loop back!? Even if this happens again itâs better that way right!?â
(Loop tensed up. They gripped their own arms for comfort as they fought their own, same old thoughts.)
Loop: â...No. If they will hate you for looping without them knowing. Looping to make them forget. If they knew you did it now, it would make it worse. Wouldn't it?â
(You could tell at that moment they were serious for once⊠Maybe they had a point?)
â...I-... Thatâs probably trueâŠâÂ
(You admit it hesitantly. Loop laughs as they loosen back up.)
Loop: â I do make excellent points!~ Of course Iâm right!~âÂ
(They look away⊠As they say, one last point of advice.)
Loop: âJust donât do anything stupid⊠Do what is right. Now go! They will see me if they donât because they are looking for you!â
(With a lot of conflicting thoughts, you leave the Favor tree and you head back to town.)
(Your family⊠Bonnie was the first to see you. You felt indifferent⊠EmptyâŠ? Hurt..? You didnât know⊠Until-)
Bonnie: âFRIN! There you are! We were so worried! And- And- I couldnât find you- And I was scared!â
(Bonnie ran to your side⊠They- They- were- CRYING!?)
(And it was YOUR FAULT!!! You promised- You promised not to do it again!)Â
(SIFFRIN YOU ARE SO STUPID! YOU MADE BONNIE CRY!)
(You hug them⊠They hug you back.)
Isabeau: âIâm so glad we found you! Where were you? You got to stop running away!â
Mirabelle: âYeah! We were worried, and you just left!â
Odile: âI agree with them, Siffrin. Donât leave us without saying something!âÂ
Bonnie: âYeah dummy! You got to trust us more!â
(They were worried⊠They shouldnât be⊠You made them worry after all⊠You hug Bonnie tighter⊠and tighter, and tighter⊠Until you snap back into reality by a yelp of pain from Bonnie. You let go.)
Bonnie: âThat was really tight! That kind of hurt!â
(You couldnât stand to look at them.)
Bonnie: âAre you okay?â
(You stare in disbelief! You hurt them, and they were worried ABOUT YOU!?!?)
âI-... Iâm fine! Stop worrying! Are you alright?â
Isabeau: âThere is that fake smile again⊠Thatâs what Iâm talking about guys! Siffrin clearly isnât telling us something! âŠall- all because they are worried for usâŠâ
Odile: âI agree they are not telling us something. Siffrin you are not telling us something⊠Itâs only a matter until I figure it out, you know.â
Mirabelle: âWhy canât you just tell us!? I know you donât like saying anything⊠But please⊠We wanna be able to help!â
