When I went to play Sam and Arlene, I realized they were still on “vacation” in Moose Harbor. It was only two days until Winterfest, so I decided to play it out before I send them home. Here they are skating, drinking cider, and keeping warm at the Winter Park. I could have sworn I took some shots of Arlene skating, but none turned up in my Bin folder, so I must have fudged it up somehow.

Some extra pics of Mackison House, including one of what it looks like when it’s not blizzarding out. Please note you may have to clean up some snow piles if your game isn’t in the winter season currently. :)

I took a break from failing at Fortnite to finish decorating and landscaping the Mackison House from Sam and Arlene’s winter vacation. For those of you who wanted it, I hope it’s ok if I leave it decorated for the holidays. I don’t mind at all if you want to redecorate! 

(Don’t mind Brant Hecking in the window with his plumbob showing, lol - I had to swap the lot into a save that didn’t have snow everywhere in order to finish up the landscaping. XD)

It’s almost 9:00 PM by the time Sam and Arlene arrive at Aunt Beth’s house in Moose Harbor. Winterfest is still a week away, so they’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the snow, explore the town, and catch up with the relatives.

Just a little preview pic to break up the text posts! This is a restaurant I’m working on for Moose Harbor (in my main gameplay save). It’s reminiscent of the Captain’s Landing restaurant I built for Sims 3.

Many meetings! Sam greets his Mom, who traveled all the way from Kingswood (a.k.a. Oasis Springs) to visit. And Arlene is hugging her Aunt Beth.

(I didn’t want to pose my Sims too much, so these were the only spontaneous hugs I captured.)
