I’m glad we opted against a Moraki on our order from Nickis!
Reports are in that their practices have been going downhill like mad lately and are pulling some pretty shady stunts. Sending seconds quality as firsts. Refunding when asked about shipping updates. Using people's custom requests to make large scale without responding to the original request. Deleting people from the chat group for posting anything negative or asking questions about issues, etc.
Another one bites the dust, I guess? Businesses really underestimate the power of their social media presence, and this is probably going to all but kill them if they keep it up.
