I ordered the special believer package and the VIP Package. All of the mini posters that come with them were ripped. I emailed cheritz about it February 8th of this year and have not heard anything back. Everything else was fine, so it's not a huge deal, but it's frustrating to not even get a response.

Lord christ almighty cheritz what in the world are you doing to make the posters ripped...

I’m sorry that happened ;;; I know a lot of folks were given the flyers at the con, so maybe theres at least a clean scan out there so you could possibly print it out and hang up. I know it’s just posters, but I mean...that’s poor customer service to begin with becuase- how in the world did they get ripped? And then its also bad because they never even responded? Jesus

Can I ask if you at least got an auto email? The last email I sent I didn’t even get the automatic response...

Tbh, when you first put the 'mamoru has ligma' up, I had no idea what that was and almost asked you what ligma was. Thankfully, I looked it up first. But, that was almost a thing.

No, you have to pay for in game money in order to get pretty much everything. The most you can really get for free is prolouge’s, the first chapter of each story, and sometimes they’ll have an entire story free for a brief period of time and if you read it during that time you can’t reread it or keep the cgs. If you’re dead set on not spending any cash it’s not worth your time.

Then this app definitely sounds like it’s not the one for me. But maybe some other people will check it out if they’re interested. I did hear the app had a large collection of stories from different games, so I’m sure there are plenty of genres/tropes to sift through to find something of interest!

I'm part of the Voltage Fanatics one, it pretty fun and active so far. I've spent the largest portion of my time there gushing about mamo's butt.

I did get the auto email, telling me they'd respond in 2-3 days and thanking me for my patience. �� Legit, I think it would have been who packaged it. Like chunks were missing out of the sides and spots had weird tears or creasing. I get the posters aren't the biggest part of the packages. So, if they couldn't have done anything I wouldn't have minded, but at least tell me that. I don't trust buying physical merch from cheritz anymore.

In seriousness: I completely agree with you. I *want* to buy merch from them, I *want* to support them, but when items I even get *in person* are messed up, and they refuse to respond to emails- even the ones where myself and others have (politely) messaged them a few times after- How in the world are we supposed to trust them?? Like. To be absolutely frank- I could buy from a fanmerch artist and get better customer service than this, and that’s probably what I’m going to be doing from now on.
