Hello! Perhaps this is a bit of a personal or strange question, but I noticed an interesting detail: Lou always IMAGINED himself as an asset, but never showed it in any way. Could it be that in your AU, Lou is actually passive, unlike Ox?

HII good question man sorry I took forever to answer so no, Lou is almost never passive or calm in any of my stories. I like writting him being an unhidge bastard with an inferiority complex he hides very weell through all his layers of ego and entitlement, showing himself in a bigger picture to ignore those crippling feelings inside him where he question his existence and origins, as if he is even enough for a real doll, able to feel the same kind love, compassion and empathy normal dolls are destined to have for bonding with their kids in the Big world

In my HC, him being surrounded by robots most of his life kinda makes him subconsciously think he is part of them, another part of the heartless robot service staff in the factory. Thou those are inside thoughts he would never spell it out for anyone as he still feels very ashamed of them.

Kinda explore that in this animatic using the Hate Speech from I have no mouth but I must scream
