Here is some info about Laia‘s boss and Fazbear’s Warehouse, because I don’t think I can add that in the comic without adding more pages to the story and I don’t think they are that important to do so.
Fazbear‘s warehouse is well… a warehouse, it contains products in case the locations need more restock of like merch or necessities, like disinfectant. They also manage the delivery of spare parts, if they don’t have something they order it somewhere else, get it delivered to them, check if nothing is missing or broken and deliver it to Fazbear locations. That way Fazbear has also more control what products the locations use or protect them from sabotages. But that doesn’t mean that some certain rich animatronics can’t do their own purchases.
Laia with her updated strength was meant to make things go faster. Because humans need help from machines for heavy lifting, can get hurt etc. But she also was not a necessity, just a bonus by buying the candy store.
The boss is responsible for what is going on in the warehouse and the staff, he gives them their paychecks, fires them etc. If something goes horrible wrong he needs to report it to Fazbear. He doesn’t own the warehouse, only Fazbear does. Fazbear is his boss.
