I just learned that we're going to need to "help out with" (aka take over responsibility for) 4 new states whose inventory is way out of control, on top of our 3 current states that are just barely under control. I want to make a model of how long it will take to clear out the cases we have, but I would need a lot more detailed data. I want to play with these numbers A LOT, which MIGHT be useful...or it might just be a bunch of numbers. I'll see if one of the managers has time to run reports for me. I don't know if they will see this as a "good use of my time". But, more numbers are better. More numbers are always better. Right????
