My Plans for Youtube
I think this year I'm going to take a lot of time to just figure out the content I want to produce because I'm only going to make one channel. I know a lot of youtubers like to make a bunch of other channels, besides their primary one which is understandable in some situations. In the case of Miranda Sings, she is an alter - ego of the girl who runs PsychoSoprano so it's virtually two different people; I'm not sure I know her real name yet. The content from the two is completely different which makes sense, if she wants to have two different channels. I also feel like the same way about Superwoman, the youtuber, but she produces her regular content but uploads daily vlogs on a different channel. The point I'm trying to make is that when the content is different, I understand the use of different channels. But in the case of related-content channels under the same account like Ali-A and MoreAliA, and Tmartn and Tmartn2, the content is of the same genre.(I recognize the content between the two individuals is similar but just stay with me.) Both of their so-call main channels have only Call Of Duty related content and gets 1 upload per day while the other channel have much more variety of different games and receives multiple uploads every day. Their putting all this time for a different channel in which you could probably use that same time to produce more for your main channel. It really doesn't make any sense if you're plan is to grow. I want to be able to maximize my potential especially in the beginning so even though I probably wont make different channels, I will make different videos based on different content. But who knows, I may change my mind.
