i started using mozilla, it loads gifs way faster. no idea about videos though

I'm using it too, have been for ages and I never encountered this problem. I have no idea what's causing it. The Youtube videos play normally but if it's the Tumblr video player, the browser crashes instantly. I don't know if it's an extension thing or what but the only thing I have installed is xkit and it never posed a problem. So I'm just sitting here, hoping that whatever video I want to watch turns out to be a Youtube version and fuming that I can't see the videos from the shooting of 5x15.
