Well, hello there!! My name is Mori, you may know me as the one still obsessed with Lailix. I'm a 21- soon to be 22 year old who's been on Tumblr far too long, works way too much, and doesn't get to draw nearly enough. I don't have much to share besides that lmao. When did you get into the fandom and how did you stumble upon it? Hmmm, I started reading SaM when it was still new-ish, but I wasn't really into the fandom for maybe a month or 2 out of sheer shyness and the comic itself consuming me slowly lmao. I think it was the update with nat being sick that I read first, (and I immediately shipped the demon and sick girl because of how cute it was haha), and i clicked the OP to see if there was any other art of them, thinking they were just oc doodles. Safe to say that was all I needed. I read everything else that was posted up until that point and I haven't stopped since. Who are your favorite characters/pairings? I think if I ever stopped loving Felix as much as I do, people would worry about me. Felix is by far my favorite and has been since almost the beginning, and probably will be long after its over. I also love Laila the most out of the girls, and Anthea is so so dear to my heart. Then there's just Pax lmao. As for favourite pairings, lailix has basically ruined my life at this point. I love all 3 of the Contract ships, and a few "for fun" ships I obsess over from time to time. If you're ever curious what I ship you can just ask! Favorite moment in the comic? I've had a few over the years, from the blanket fort, to Laila contracting Felix, to the bridge scenes during Run, to Luce's badass entrance when he came to rescue Natalie at the warehouse. And as much as I love Lucifer crying in the most recent updates, currently, it's probably still Felix absolutely decking Pax when they reunite again. I hoped and waited for the longest time for something like that and that scene did not disappoint lmao! What is your biggest inspiration as far as your art goes? This isn't an easy question lol. I honestly don't know, I never really know what causes most of my art besides thinking of a cute idea or Headcanon. I guess just life experiences in general? Happy things? I draw more when I draw happy things so that's probably my answer haha. What would you say is your favorite piece that you’ve done so far? Well, usually I'll wind up liking my most current piece, but to be honest my most favorite is still that 1920's Poolsharks Lailix piece. What would you say is one of your favorite things to draw? Felix , lol, no, really it's probably daily life pieces. Just pictures of the characters having fun just sitting around with each other, maybe being cute and stuff. Happy things again, you know? Also fashion and clothes line-ups. I love designing outfits for the characters, it's so much fun for me. What do you think influences your art style? Is it cliche to say my friends? Bc mostly them lmao, but also probably just wanting it to look cute and clean and accurate and detailed. Also probably my years of being an anime nerd whoops. What are some of your hobbies you enjoy? To be honest, besides drawing I don't have any hobbies. Drawing is basically the only thing I have, though I do read a couple manga or fanfic when I can. If I have free time, I draw or maybe listen to music or read. Before joining SaM, what was a fandom you were part of and are there any fandoms you’re into outside of SaM? I was actually big into homestuck for years before Sam. I was part of a little rp and cosplay group and it was easily the most fun I had on Tumblr back then. I was never as active as I am with Sam tho. Besides Sam, I'll bounce around with other things I like to read or watch but I'm not really INTO any fandoms. Is there anything else you’d like the fandom to know about you or anything you’d like to say to the fandom as a whole? I love everyone here to be honest. All the little asks and tags and comments on my art and in my inbox (thank you for those btw, I love when people leave tags on my art lol, it's so sweet) always make me smile and watching how much fun everyone has with eachother is so nice and I just love everyone in the fandom. It makes me happy lmao.
