Moriken (守犬, from Moriya, Ibaraki), a dog with some sort of frog headgear, dancing to the very ‘70s Pink Lady hit "Pepper Keibu" (Inspector Pepper) as “Inspector Moriken” - he’s not normally a cop. 

This was his entry in the Hanyu Colle (はにゅコレ) fashion contest, at the World Character Summit in Hanyu this year.
