I’m trying to get up before the kids and have an hour for me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ An hour for things that will help my stress levels and anxiety. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I’ve been taking on board some ideas from @drchatterjee and @allie_thatsme ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So I’m going to be having a few moments of meditation from the @calm app. Then journaling a couple of pages. Allie talks of journaling 3 pages. But for now I’m just writing what I can. So for now I’m writing down any thoughts in my head. Followed by a daily page of things that’s happening in the day or things I need to do. I finish with a gratitude diary. This for now looks like a bullet list of things I’m grateful for.
