I have seen a few people posting #MarchMeetTheMaker posts & thought I would get on board this year. I have watched in previous years but always missed the beginning by a loooong way. But it looks like fun! And I am only a day late this year 😬 The first prompt is my favourite to make, so here goes! I pretty much like making anything the first time round, it’s only after a couple of times or having to stitch to a deadline that I start to not enjoy things. This hoop, Morning Snow from the Woodland Winter collection, was a bit of an anomaly in that it was technically a 2nd time stitch, as I wasn’t entirely happy with my first attempt at the design. This version is a re-work of the evening snow hoop but I changed so much it ended up as an entirely different hoop. I loved the colours in this, beautiful jewel tones of blue & green, it’s a good length of stitch too. Not too long, not too short.
