I use to think Hob was dream father figure because he couldn’t have a relationship with his own Father Time and hob said something about outliving his son (the tragedy of it happening again bc he thought with Morpheus he would never outlive another son and he did) but I just realised he was in fact a big brother to him and now Daniel even a little brother to dea*th bc if you remember correctly Morpheus only started seeing hob after destruction left and where did he meet Hob (every 100y like Morpheus and destruction use to do I think even the same exact bar he and destruction use to meet) on the same place as his brother fav aka 🌍

(he could’ve easily met hob in the dreaming but like destruction said he was never invited by Morpheus and they use to talk alot while drinking before he left but they never talked again after so ofc all Morpheus did with hob was talk and drink like duh it was right in front of us all but we all thought it was just father figure bc of Morpheus and his dad tainted relationship and Morpheus and his son) which was the one place destruction loved more than why he even quit his job bc he loved Earth and humanity so much and now Hob telling Daniel to have the same relationship he has with Morpheus after who left Daniel? Destruction exactly duh he really was a big brother to them! And the fact he never really talked with dea*th untill bc dea*th and bob both lost their favorite little brother and them both bonding over that im gonna be sick! But now they have Daniel and both gave Daniel such sweet look I’m crying
