Was listening to a Discworld audiobook on my way to the shops and came across a gang of morris dancers, appropriately. I always enjoyed how weirdly often Pratchett brought them up.

My eldest has just sent me this. He filmed it while out on a walkabout just now. He sent me two videos, but I can only put one video on each post & so I'll make a separate post for the 2nd one (in case you're interested).

For as long as our Morris Dancers remain, so will the connection to our pagan past. I'm no expert so I'm guessing here, but it looks like a dance honouring The Green Man and the imminent return of Spring 💜🙏💜
