I made MorStyleBinder: a lightweight Rust/Floem GUI desktop workbench for binding modular CSS sheets, like the concatenation whatnot you’d usually do with a script, into one exportable theme bundle.
It can also refactor giant Neocities/Blogger/Tumblr/SpaceHey-style CSS files back into readable modules that are easier to wrap your head around & edit.
