I don't know why I enjoy hearing about how some companies, almost like amoral programs, respond poorly & without virtue to particular financial incentives instead of opting for the low-time-preference decision to protect their reputation, a decision that would (probably) be more common in a world where corporations had less liability protection and more skin in the game. I'm thinking that C-corps & LLCs might be structures that incentivize bad behavior. Maybe I'm totally off base, IDK.
