My teacher told us about a girl who was a practicing witch, and one day she discovered that her boyfriend cheated on her, and she willed that he would get into an accident and the guy got into a car crash 24 hours later and died.

I think you could call yourself a witch. What anyone else can do doesn't impact on your ability. It could just mean you are a family of witches...

that would be if the rest of them were but I think there's a distinct difference between psychic abilities and being a witch? you can have both!! as is the understanding with most people in the witch community
