Update

It’s been months since I’ve written and it’s been a hard year for me. 

But i can finally say after seeking mental help and getting on to some medication for my mental disorder that I am once again writing and making art. 

I can not express how excited I am to be writing again and painting. Thank you all of you who still see these for being patient with me during my absence.

There will be new chapters of For the Damaged hopefully soon!

So your fic was the last fic i read for 2018 and the first thing i read for 2019. I'm so invested, I love it so much. I finally caught up with it after battling my anxiety about finishing it. I had to know what happens to Ceph. I cannot tell you how much I'm in love with this story. You're art with words and the art you show for the story is amazing. I'm so excited to read what you have in store for us next. I want to pick your brain man. I'm actually in tears writing this, just... thank you.

I have no words that could possibly express how this made me feel. I’ve been feeling really…out of sorts lately and a little doubtful about the last couple of chapters I’ve posted. Hearing this made me smile. Thank you so much. If you ever wanna chat just PM me please!!!! Pick my brain!

Hi I just want to start out by saying I am fucking in love with For the Damaged. I have never once read a fic of over 5 chapters. I'm still new to AO3. But with your writing I simply cannot get enough. I've been going through some tough stuff and the escape this has given me, I really don't have to words to express. I'm not all the way caught up yet and i'm getting anxious about getting caught up. I just want to thank you. Truly, your story is amazing. You are an amazing creator.

First off, thank you for sending me a message!!!!! I really love hearing from my readers, it really gives me motivation to keep going and to not feel like I’m shouting out into the void. lol

I’m not sure how far you, but man I hope you stick with it and don’t lose interest, it’s a long emotional mess of a story and I would hate for you to burn yourself out on it, so please take your time!

Update:

Hey guys, just wanted to give everyone an update as to where I’m at in writing the next chapter of For the Damaged!

Currently due to work and just general exhaustion, I’m STILL typing up this next chapter. I have a lot of things going on in my life(started a D&D campaign and my mental health hasn’t been the absolute best), BUT I am still writing.

I promise that I will continue to work on the story, updates will be sparse (I write when I have time, which isn’t a lot recently) but I will not be stopping until part one is complete.

Thank you for all the wonderful comments I have received and for all the Kudos(452!!! Wow!!!) I honestly never imagined this fic even getting a portion of that amount of attention! So once again, thank you so much for everything!

Good news, I believe I have finally finished Chapter 45 of For the Damaged!

With that being said, I still need to go back and edit it...so sit tight, an update is coming soon!

Update:

This next chapter is taking a lot longer than I initially anticipated.

Frankly I’ve got really bad writers block and wholly uninspired to write or to work on anything with in the fandom. (Rather I know where I need to get within the story but getting there has been a HUGE issue lately)

While I know I don’t really “owe” anyone a chapter or even an explanation, I just wanted to clue you guys in and let you know that I’m working on it just...need a little break before I make the final push to end this entire Part.

And once I finish everything for part one, I’m taking a bit of a hiatus from the story and the fandom. I’ve been putting off a lot of projects (mostly involving painting) that I need to finish.

So for now, I’m going to enjoy creating some art that doesn’t go with the story and hope that I’ll eventually figure out how to work out the inbetween bits in this next chapter.
