So he would just take both of his hands just for himself,... Morty also needs both of them to restrain him in case things get too heated;;;

Luigi, on the other hand, I think he would feel like a third wheel in the relationship- he is shy, socially awkward... a bit reserved- having someone else steal the attention of the one he loves from him would be quite hurtful for that poor bean;;; Plus-... he needs two arms as well for comfort hugging;;

I remember in a DND session, I was on Pinterest looking at my boards, and one of them had a lot of Luigi in it (which who can blame me Luigi is the best), and somone said "I didn't know you were a Luigi simp" and i was like "No he's just a cool character" and then the guy said "well if you were you'd be like Bowser" and I without ZERO hesitation said "Nah if anything I'd be Morty" ...So I just exposed myself at that point
